- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I've lived here a year and not noticed the problems mentioned in other reviews. These apts are fairly affordable, decently constructed, energy efficient and in a great location. Centennial Woods is the "back yard" and great for nature lovers. Many residents are associated with the medical school and are hardworking and quiet. People keep to themselves somewhat which has its downside but overall this is a desirable place to live for young professionals and students. The townhouse apts at the ends of the units have the best natural light.By A Google User, March 27, 2018
